1 · Your ideal customer

Meet the person who actually buys, with a face and a name

Your Meta account already knows who buys: which age and gender, where they live, which placements and devices they use and what time they shop. PlanPulse turns those purchases into one person you can picture, then fills in their likely personality and the reasons they buy.

  • Demographics, location, placement, device and time of day, ranked by cost per purchase and ROAS
  • Likely personality, buying motivations and pain points, written from your winning ads and audiences
  • Targeting and messaging ideas to match, from lookalikes to exclusions to ad schedules
  • Every claim links back to the chart it came from

2 · Creative audit

Know which ads sell, and exactly why

Every ad ranked on purchases and return on spend, judged only once it has had real money behind it. Then the why: did the opening stop the scroll, did people watch, where did they drop off, and who did it land with?

  • Winners and money-losers, judged against your account’s own average
  • Video hook rate and hold rate, so you know if it’s the opening or the middle
  • Where each ad loses people: bouncing before the page loads, or clicking and then not buying
  • Which headline, image or placement wins inside each ad
3 · Make more winners

Turn what’s working into your next three ads

The AI reads what your winners have in common (the hook, the format, the angle, the audience) and writes briefs for new ads built on it. Hand them to your designer, a UGC creator or your own phone camera.

  • Creative briefs with the hook, format, angle and audience for each new ad
  • What your best ads share, and what your worst ones keep doing
  • Where to move budget today, ad by ad

Sample data. Yours is built from your own ad account.

Built from your raw Meta data. The AI explains it; it doesn’t invent it.

Code calculates every number from your ad account: purchases by age and gender, region, placement, device and hour; purchase value by age and gender; video watch-through; frequency; Meta’s quality rankings. The AI only describes what those numbers show, and when a group has too few purchases to judge, it tells you.

After the audit

Winners wear out. PlanPulse keeps watching.

The audit shows you where you stand today. Keep PlanPulse running and it tracks every ad from here, flags problems as they start and tells you what to do next.

Creative fatigue alerts

Frequency climbing while click-through falls? You hear about it before a winner burns out, so the next one is ready.

Cost per purchase vs your target

Set the cost per purchase your margins can carry. The gauge turns red the moment the rolling 7 days slips past it.

Hourly health checks

Targeting, budgets, bids, tracking and pacing checked every hour, so a broken pixel or a runaway budget doesn’t run all weekend.

A daily briefing

One short email (or Teams message) each morning: what changed, what’s working and the one thing worth doing today.

A library of what you’ve tested

Every creative, angle and hook you’ve run, with its result, so you stop retesting what already lost.

Ask your ad account anything

“Why did ROAS drop on Tuesday?” “Which hook works best with men under 35?” Answers from your own data.

Health check agent

  • Spring Sale is targeting people “interested in” NZ, not living there
  • Meta is pacing 18% ahead of this month’s budget
  • Conversion event, bids and tracking look right on 11 campaigns

Questions

What do I need to get started?

Your store’s website and admin access to your Meta ads account. Access is read-only: PlanPulse can’t change your campaigns, budgets or ads. If you can’t connect, you can upload a CSV export from Ads Manager instead.

How much ad data do I need for the audit to be useful?

The more purchases Meta has recorded, the sharper the read. When a group has too few purchases to judge, PlanPulse says so and leans on clicks and landing page views instead, so you know which findings are solid and which are early signals.

Is the ideal customer profile made up by AI?

The numbers come straight from your Meta data: who bought, at what cost, on which placements, devices and times. Code calculates every figure. The AI then describes the person those numbers point to, with their likely personality and buying motivations, and every claim links back to the chart it came from.

How does it decide which creatives are winners?

Each ad is judged on the result its campaign is built for, so a traffic ad isn’t marked down for missing purchases. An ad needs real spend behind it before it’s called a winner or a loser. Then PlanPulse looks at why: the hook rate and hold rate on video, where people drop off after the click, Meta’s quality rankings and which audience it lands with.

I already have an agency or freelancer running my ads. Is this for me?

Yes. Plenty of brands use PlanPulse as a second pair of eyes: an independent read of who’s buying, which ads are working and whether anything in the setup is costing you money. You can share what it finds with whoever runs your ads.

What happens after the free trial?

The trial is 7 days, with no card needed. If you keep going, the Brand plan is US$29 (NZ$49) a month for one store, half that for your first month, and PlanPulse keeps watching your account: hourly health checks, creative fatigue alerts, cost per purchase against your target and a daily briefing.
