PlanPulse is a software-as-a-service product operated by OneOneThree Digital Ltd (company registration New Zealand), owned by Cameron Brewitt. Our contact email is cam@oneonethree.co.nz. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use PlanPulse.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, and information generated through your use of PlanPulse:

  • Account information: name, email address, password (hashed), and company/agency name.
  • Billing information: payment method details processed by our third-party payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, and browser/device information collected via cookies and analytics tools.
  • Client and campaign data: any client names, media plans, budgets, or campaign information you enter into PlanPulse.
  • Communications: any messages you send us via email or support channels.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the PlanPulse service.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription.
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmations, invoices, password resets).
  • Send product updates and marketing communications (you may unsubscribe at any time).
  • Respond to support requests and enquiries.
  • Monitor and analyse usage patterns to improve performance and user experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations under New Zealand law, including the Privacy Act 2020.

4. Cookies and Tracking

PlanPulse uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the product. We may use third-party analytics services (such as Vercel Analytics or similar). You can disable cookies in your browser settings; however, some features of PlanPulse may not function correctly without them.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers: third-party vendors who help us operate PlanPulse (hosting, payments, email delivery). These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal requirements: where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or a court order in New Zealand or another applicable jurisdiction.
  • Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of OneOneThree Digital Ltd, your information may transfer to the acquiring entity.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. After account closure we retain data for up to 90 days to allow for account recovery, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights (New Zealand Privacy Act 2020)

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of any inaccurate personal information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention obligations).
  • Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner if you believe your privacy rights have been breached.

9. International Transfers

Your data may be processed or stored on servers located outside New Zealand (for example, in the United States or Europe) by our service providers. When this occurs, we take steps to ensure your information is protected to a standard comparable to the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice within PlanPulse. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
